Besides it being Burns Night for the Scots, today is also Irish Coffee Day for the folks across the North Channel. Sure, the cocktail wasn't actually released as a thing until November 10, 1952 in San Francisco, but who's going to argue? November 10 was already taken as Panamanian Cry of Independence Day, after all.
