This drink is a play on the Boulevardier cocktail, which is traditionally made with bourbon or rye. Here we have swapped in Canadian Club instead. As heard on podcast!
The Boulevard, Eh? (Soory!)
2 parts Canadian Club
2 parts Cinzano Rosso or other vermouth
1 part Cynar
2 dashes black walnut bitters
To make the cocktail:
Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel (optional).
